After decades of delighting fans across Quebec and beyond, the company is now reimagining its future with ambitious plans to expand and modernize its customer experience. While the cookies themselves never lost their flavour, the digital presence and buying experience needed a fresh batch of creativity to match their vision for growth.

The ask.
 

Félix & Norton’s existing bundle builder – the page where customers craft their own cookie boxes – was clunky and unintuitive, creating friction in what should be a fun, indulgent shopping experience. They needed a seamless, modern way to let cookie lovers mix and match their favourites, whether ordering freshly baked cookies, frozen dough, or promotional bundles with bonus treats. The goal was to improve conversion, streamline the process, and set the stage for bigger things as the brand looks to expand across Quebec and Ontario.

The strategy.
 

We rolled up our sleeves and partnered closely with Félix & Norton to create a fully custom bundle builder powered by FoxSell. We started by mapping the entire flow – from browsing to box-building to checkout – ensuring the process felt playful, smooth, and clear. Partnering with GoodAPI, we built in a feature that highlights Félix & Norton’s support for Haiti cocoa agroforestry, connecting every order to a greater cause. Together, these elements created a builder that balanced playfulness with purpose.

The new page reflects the brand’s playful spirit while removing barriers to purchase.
