We kick things off with a discovery call – a chance to chat about your goals, audience, and creative direction, clear up the details, and answer any questions you’ve got. By the end, we’ll all be on the same page and ready to dive into execution rooted in a process that’s smooth, focused, and built to deliver work that’s as creative as it is commercially impactful.
Branding projects usually take 6-8 weeks, depending on the scope, number of revisions, and your availability to review and provide feedback along the way.
Website projects usually take 8-12 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on the complexity, the scope, and how available you are to share content and feedback at each stage.
Sometimes – it depends on our current workload and what the project involves. If we can fit it in without cutting corners, we’ll map out a plan and flag any rush fees upfront so there are no surprises.
Life happens. If you need to hit pause – whether it’s planned or you just get busy – let us know. We’ll temporarily remove your project from our production queue until you’re ready to pick things back up. Keep in mind this may shift timelines and depends on our availability when you resume, so the sooner you give us a heads-up, the smoother the restart will be.
