Branding projects usually take 6-8 weeks, depending on the scope, number of revisions, and your availability to review and provide feedback along the way.

Website projects usually take 8-12 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on the complexity, the scope, and how available you are to share content and feedback at each stage.

Yes – if you need to hit pause, just let us know. We’ll temporarily remove your project from our production queue until you’re ready to pick things back up. Keep in mind this may shift timelines and depends on our availability at the time you resume, so the sooner you give us a heads-up, the smoother the restart will be.

If we don’t hear back after sending work for review, we’ll follow up to check in. If we still don’t get a response, we’ll pause your project until you’re ready to continue, and adjust timelines based on our availability when we resume.

You’ll get all your final files and documentation, plus a 30-day warranty for web projects to cover any little post-launch hiccups tied to the original scope (rare, but we’ve got you). Most clients roll right into an hour bank or retainer so we can keep the good stuff coming – from updates and new features to fresh creative ideas. It keeps momentum going, your brand evolving, and the wins stacking up without skipping a beat.

Sometimes – it depends on our current workload and what the project involves. If we can fit it in without cutting corners, we’ll map out a plan and flag any rush fees upfront so there are no surprises.
