The Designer is responsible for ensuring HRVST’s creative output is high-quality, strategic, and aligned with client goals. You’ll be expected to evaluate design options, push big ideas based on strategy and creative briefs, and solve complex challenges across packaging, branding, digital, and web projects. You’ll work with fellow designers, coordinate efforts with external partners (when applicable), oversee timelines and team execution, collaborate cross-functionally, and help ensure every project reflects HRVST’s high standards. Success in this role requires sharp attention to detail, conceptual thinking, a wide variety of styles, and a well-organized, solutions-oriented mindset. A sense of humour, a love of design, and a taste for challenge are essential – along with the curiosity and confidence to lead by example and help shape the future of creative at HRVST. The Developer will work in conjunction with Account Managers and fellow developers. Your role is to bring awesome designs to life. Using your coding skills, we expect you to push web development boundaries and execute plans with precision and efficiency. As the Sales Director at HRVST, you’ll drive our business development efforts and own the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing across partnerships, inbound enquiries, and re-engaged leads. Your focus will be on selling Shopify builds, migrations, and ecommerce support, while positioning our branding and design work as strategic add-ons for brands looking to level up. You’ll also strengthen key partnerships that bring qualified opportunities into the pipeline.
You’ll lead or oversee discovery calls, proposals, and RFP responses, ensuring prospects move through a clear and professional sales journey. You’ll speak confidently about Shopify capabilities, conversion opportunities, and ecosystem considerations. You’ll manage the systems and tools that keep sales operations running smoothly, including CRM, pipeline views, proposal templates, and outreach processes. You’ll stay aligned with Shopify platform updates and broader DTC and design trends to keep HRVST’s positioning sharp.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with Account and Production teams, you’ll help ensure new clients enter the agency with the right expectations, the right scope, and a clear understanding of how HRVST’s Shopify, branding, and design expertise supports long-term growth.

The Account Manager will provide support on new client onboarding, take on existing accounts and grow HRVST’s client relationships. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders on client accounts, developing and building out creative ideas, and ensuring the requirements, objectives and expectations of these clients are met at all times. This role reports directly to the Account Director.
