The ask.

 

Hemsleys needed to refresh the brand and start selling online – they aimed for a modern vibe to attract young folks, while keeping their long-standing history intact.

The strategy.

 

We kicked things off with a thorough analysis of Hemsleys' existing brand, website, and customer base to better understand their vision and goals. From there, we developed a comprehensive strategy that focused on refreshing the brand without losing the essence of what makes Hemsleys unique. Their online presence featured a modern, minimalist design built on Shopify that would highlight their products and create a more engaging experience for their customers.

The solution.

 

Our team worked closely with Hemsleys to create a brand identity that reflected their history and values while modernizing their look and feel. Through custom typography and a sophisticated colour palette, we conveyed the brand's heritage and craftsmanship.

We created a clean, easy-to-navigate ecommerce store that put Hemsleys' products front and center. Built on Shopify, our goal was to make it easy for customers to browse, find what they were looking for, and checkout seamlessly. We also integrated a custom filtering system as well as a gift card system to increase customer engagement and retention.

The result was a beautiful, user-friendly website that captured the essence of Hemsleys and provided a seamless online shopping experience for their customers. The rebrand and website redesign helped to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales for Hemsleys, positioning them for continued growth and success, for another 150 years.
